Created in 1986, the Laboratory of Physics of Interfaces and Thin Films (LPICM) is a multidisciplinary research unit of approximately 90 people (UMR7647), recognized nationally and in the international scientific community, with its own identity and strong scientific expertise and know-how at the crossroads of engineering, physics, and chemistry. The LPICM has a wide range of skills that enable it to link many fundamental aspects to applications in the field of advanced materials.
